50 squats with exercise ball
50 supine bridges with exercise ball
50 pushups with exercise ball
50 hamstring curls with exercise ball
50 abdominal tucks with exercise ball
50 crunches with exercise ball (or more, i lost count)
30 torso twists with exercise ball
50 leg lifts while squeezing exercise ball
35 cross-body punches with 5 pound weights (per arm)
35 biceps curls with 5 pound weights (per arm)
