20 birddogs with exercise ball (1 equals doing both left and right)
20 supine bridges with exercise ball
20 pushups with exercise ball
20 abdominal tucks with exercise ball (and then I lost balance)
20 crunches with exercise ball
6 walkouts with exercise ball (and then I fell off)
10 balance with exercise ball (lifts per leg)
40 standing bent knee lifts (per leg)
40 cross-body punches (per arm)
