10 balance with exercise ball (lifts per leg)

omg ouch, ouch, OUCH. that totally sounds like torture!
i remember being forced to do squats during training and every single time i did it, i felt like crying.

good luck with your weight loss! (although... is this conditioning?)

it's... to help with weight loss. i seem to lose more weight on weeks i work out, although it's weird, that's not always true. ;)
