40 hamstring curls with exercise ball
40 abdominal tucks with exercise ball
40 crunches with exercise ball
20 torso twists with exercise ball
40 leg lifts while squeezing exercise ball
30 cross-body punches with 5 pound weights (per arm)
30 biceps curls with 5 pound weights (per arm)
Sunday - walking for 30 min
Monday - walking for 30 min
Tuesday - 45 min water aerobics
Wednesday - BREAK because OMG water aerobics are HARD WORK
