tax free weekend!

just bought

• 3 pencil skirts (one yellow, one mustard and black, one deep red)
• 3 dresses (one red, one black, one grey)
• 4 pairs of pants (brown, black, black pinstripe, and khakis)
• 3 cardigans (mustard, black, and a cropped grey to match the grey dress)
• 7 shirts (2 white button-downs, 2 patterned, 3 basic solid scoopnecks)

I still need some shoes and possibly a black pencil skirt, but I'll check... and a big red belt would be awesome.

ETA: well, I checked my closet and I have a few black skirts that I can still wear (and a navy one, too), so I'll hold off on the skirt buying for a while.

also bought:

• 2 dresses (one brown lace, one brown patterned with a belt that is SO CUTE)
• 4 tops (nude, red, 2 patterned)
• Clinique bonus time WOOOOO!!!
• two pairs of shoes from Nine West: a pair of nude mary janes and a pair of turquoise peep-toe pumps

Nice haul - that all sounds awesome! I'm very impressed!!

The good thing is that we're always tax-free for clothing and shoes where I am, but the downside is that the cost of living for everything else is so damn high. :(

Man, you're lucky. Except the high cost of living - I am glad it isn't so bad around here.

So, out of curiosity - any ideas on the London story? (Obviously I'm trying to procrastinate and not work on something else I should be working on, hee.)
