50 abdominal tucks with exercise ball
50 crunches with exercise ball (got carried away)
30 torso twists with exercise ball
50 leg lifts while squeezing exercise ball
35 cross-body punches with 5 pound weights (per arm)
35 biceps curls with 5 pound weights (per arm)
according to the wii fit scale i've lost 2.9 pounds this week! woooo!
